I’m loving the tasty, gut-friendly electrolytes without an overwhelming sweetness!

I have been using @drinkmorwots as my race fuel as it keeps me feeling strong to the finish line.

I'm late start (50+) but have been riding for over 10 years, and I honestly thought most of my improvement was behind me. But over the last two years, since I started fuelling properly, I’ve noticed a real difference especially in how strong I feel later in a ride. I didn’t expect to still be making gains at this stage, but getting my fuelling right has definitely helped me find another level.

Morwots is great. I’ve been using it for a while now and really enjoy the taste. I feel like it helps me keep fuelled easily on long training rides so I can get more out of each session. Well done Bede and the team.

Light flavour without overpowering sweetness. Easy to keep drinking when the ride gets long.
Good fuelling should be simple and accessible. We made MORWOTS for consistent training, race days and big rides—without the complicated formula or premium price tag.

A standard serve provides 29g of carbohydrate. Use the amount that fits your total carbohydrate plan for the session. Lower intakes may suit shorter or easier rides; higher hourly intakes are more relevant to longer or harder work. Build higher intakes progressively and practise them in training.

Yes. MORWOTS includes sodium and potassium. Individual electrolyte and fluid needs vary considerably between riders and conditions.
They provide glucose and fructose from two carbohydrate sources. Glucose and fructose use different intestinal transport pathways, which is one reason mixed-carbohydrate strategies are commonly used when endurance carbohydrate intake increases.
Approximately 33 standard serves per 1kg bag. Each standard serve provides 29g of carbohydrate.
